Group and corporate travel
Someone has to keep the whole group on track. Let it be us.
Group cruises, reunions, wedding parties, retreats and incentive trips. We bring more than two decades of project management to the part that usually lands on one tired organizer.
- One dedicated contact for the whole group
- Payment deadlines and logistics laid out before you commit
- Cruise credentials across Royal Caribbean, Norwegian and Virgin Voyages

Tell us about your group
Twelve people. Five budgets. Three arrival days. One deadline.
What usually lands on the organizer
Group travel is a project with a lot of moving people. We run it like one, so you get to be a guest at your own trip.
- Chasing payments
- We lay out each deadline up front, so you are not the one reminding everyone.
- Different budgets
- We build options with room for different cabin or room choices while keeping the group connected.
- Staggered arrivals
- Flights, pre-trip hotel nights and transfers go into one shared plan.
- Changing headcount
- We explain the supplier's rules before anyone pays, so surprises stay small.
- Too many group chats
- Questions come to one dedicated contact instead of the organizer's phone.
If more than a few people are going, this is for you.

Birthdays, anniversaries and big-number celebrations.
Wedding parties and guest travel
Rooms, arrival days and transport for the people coming to you.
Friends getaways
Resort or ship, with one person finally off coordination duty.
Corporate retreats and team trips
Schedule, venue, transport and a plan that respects the agenda.
Incentive trips and meeting travel
Travel that rewards people without becoming a second job for your staff.
A recent group
A milestone birthday, planned for the whole group.
One milestone birthday trip meant coordinating transportation, excursions and tickets for everyone, with a detailed agenda and a handful of special arrangements the guest of honor never saw coming. The organizer spent the trip with her family instead of a spreadsheet.
That is the job: the group gets the trip, and one person does not have to carry it.

The questions organizers ask first
Do we need an exact headcount to start?
No. A rough range and a target season are enough for us to start narrowing options and tell you what to decide first.
Do groups get better pricing or perks?
Many cruise lines and resorts offer group benefits once a group reaches a supplier minimum. The terms differ by supplier and sailing, so we confirm the specifics in your proposal rather than promising them in advance.
What is the minimum group size?
It depends on the supplier and the product. Tell us roughly how many travelers and we will tell you what applies.
Can everyone pay separately?
Often, yes, but it depends on the supplier. We confirm how payments can be split before you commit, so you know who owes what and by when.
What if someone drops out?
Cancellation and name-change rules are set by the supplier and differ a lot. We walk you through them before anyone pays, so the group agrees to the same terms.
Can you plan corporate retreats and incentive trips?
Yes, and it is a growing part of our practice. We treat them like projects: a defined schedule, clear responsibilities and one point of contact. Corporate and large group packages are quoted individually.
Does it cost me anything to work with you?
Planning with an advisor is free to you. We are compensated by travel suppliers on qualifying bookings, and we will always tell you what is included in a proposal.
How long does planning take?
A straightforward group can come together in a few days. Customized, large or corporate trips usually take several weeks.
Start with a rough idea.
Group size, season and the occasion are enough. We will come back with the questions that matter and a clear next step.
